The Allie Foundation makes Cat-in-the-bag Cozy Comfort Carriers available to qualifying rescue organizations at no charge.  These Carriers are gently used, but are otherwise in excellent condition.  Thanks to Cat-in-the-bag for generously donating these carriers! 

Please complete the form below.  Provide your full name and your email address in the first two spaces.  In the Subject line, enter the organization's name followed by Carrier Request (example: Kitty Rescue - Carrier Request)

In the Message Portion, be sure to include the following information:

•            The organization's legal name and EIN.  
•            The address of the organization.
•            Whether or not the organization is a 501(c)3 Charity, 
•            The name and title of an officer or board member.
•            Contact person's full name.
•            Phone number and email of contact person.
•            Shipping address for Cozy Comfort Carriers.
•            Any other pertinent information.
  

Cozy Comfort Carriers are distributed to qualifying applicants on a first come first come first serve basis.  Fulfillment may be limited to availability.

Typically, The Allie Foundation provides one large size and one extra-large Cozy Comfort Carrier.  If your needs differ from this, please explain in the message portion. 

These Carriers are not to be sold or awarded as prizes.  They are solely for the purpose of rescuing, transporting and treating animals under the direct care and supervision of the organization.

The Allie Foundation and Cat-in-the-bag, LLC shall not be held liable for any difficulties resulting from the use of these carriers.
